Even just a single flight of stairs, when travelled up or down a few times a day--can be a great improvement to your system.
There are all kinds of things that you can do to get wholesome. Not all of them necessitate fancy gym memberships or limited diets. You can do little things every day to improve upon your health and lose weight. Being intelligent about the decisions you make each day is a start. Wanting to get in as much exercise as possible is another. Don't ignore that health isn't only about how much you weigh. You really want your body to be powerful too.

The ingredients needed to cook Cabbage and Hamburger :
- Take 2 lb of hamburger.
- Prepare 2 small of heads of cabbage.
- Take 1 tsp of onion powder.
- Take 1 tsp of granulated garlic powder.
- Use 1/2 tsp of salt.
- Get 1/4 cup of butter.
- Take 1 cup of water.
- Provide 1 1/2 pints of chicken broth.
Steps to make Cabbage and Hamburger :
- Add water, and cabbage to a pot.
- Add half the salt to cabbage. Add hamburger to top of cabbage. Dont mix. Leave on top.
- Add onion powder, rest of salt, and garlic to hamburger let steam 20 minutes covered. Still don't stir till after 20 minutes.
- Add chicken broth stir well cover let cook 30 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Serve hope you enjoy!
